🛠️ MechaVerse RUET – Volunteer & Team Member Policy

Objective:
MechaVerse RUET is a peer-driven educational initiative designed to support Mechanical Engineering students at RUET through academic resources, innovation, and collaboration. We aim to build a motivated and responsible team to expand our impact.

Eligibility:
  • Must be a current student of the Mechanical Engineering Department, RUET.

  • Should demonstrate interest, commitment, and basic teamwork skills.

  • Must be willing to contribute to at least one of the following:
    • Study material collection & sharing

    • Event management

    • Technical or creative content creation

    • Website/media maintenance

    • Research/project documentation

Roles:
  • Core Team Member – Handles regular responsibilities.
  • Volunteer – Works on specific short-term projects or events.

  • Advisor (optional) – Provides occasional guidance (usually seniors).

Code of Conduct:
  • Be respectful, honest, and cooperative.

  • Maintain confidentiality of internal discussions and materials.

  • Avoid any action that harms the reputation of MechaVerse RUET or RUET itself.

Disqualification:
  • Members may be removed for inactivity, misconduct, or if they are no longer eligible (e.g., graduating, leave the varsity).

Recognition:
  • Active members may receive certificates, skill development support, public acknowledgment, and priority access to future leadership or collaboration opportunities.
